Delete Your Account and Data
You can delete your Drameo account and all associated data at any time.
In the app
Open Drameo → Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the deletion. This is immediate and permanent.
From the web
If you cannot access the app, email contact@drameo.tv from the address registered on your account, with the subject \"Delete my account\", and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone if provided, avatar), watch history, favorites, likes, purchase history, linked sign-in methods (Google, Apple, phone), devices and push notification tokens, support tickets, and two-factor authentication settings. This is a permanent deletion and cannot be undone.
What is retained
Payment records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained by our payment processors (Stripe, Google Play, Apple) in accordance with their own policies, independently of your Drameo account.
